Information We Collect & Use of Information
We may use the PI as required or permitted by law, including in response to service of legal proceedings (court order, subpoena, etc.). We may disclose the PI to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as part of an investigation of website activity (such as an alleged violation). We will use commercially reasonable measures to limit the disclosure and use of the PI. We may use the PI in connection with the establishment or defense of legal claims. Any information sent to us will not be considered confidential and may be shared with any other person or entity, whether you mark it confidential or not.
Information Contained in Your Client File
Users who are our customers provide us with their name, address, telephone number, username, credit card and other personally identifiable or confidential information and other information we need to provide the Service to them. We may also acquire customer information from third parties such as credit reporting agencies, as well as collect information about our customers' use of the Services. This information can be linked to that provided by our customers to create an administrative file and is called “Registration and billing information”.
Users who contact us with questions may be required to provide us with additional information to help us resolve their questions, or to assist us in our activities (“Information on User Requests”).

We use customer information to personally identify Users in all of our activities, to offer them other services and to market new customized products and services. Information found in customer requests is shared with third parties to identify and resolve issues with the Services when we are unable to do so ourselves. Suppliers of third-party products may ask us to provide them with information about customer requests. When this information is shared with third parties, they are required to keep this information confidential. In addition, entities that supply products to us may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We will be happy to provide you with the names of the companies that provide services to you through us, as well as links to their privacy policies, upon request.
Information About Children
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If a parent or guardian believes that their child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personally identifiable information, they should contact us.
Your Access and the Possibility to Change Your PI
You can request access, update and correction of inaccuracies in your PI by contacting us as indicated below. For security reasons, we may ask you for a PI as part of this access. You can also: (i) modify your information via your control panel in your account, or (ii) request that the information concerning your requests be deleted by contacting us via our contact form at https://clients.vtinyhosting.com.
Deletion and Conservation of Your PI
You can request that we delete your PI, and we will try to respond to those requests. However, we may keep and use your PI for the periods of time required or permitted by law or best business practices.
