Information Contained in Your Client File

Users who are our customers provide us with their name, address, telephone number, username, credit card and other personally identifiable or confidential information and other information we need to provide the Service to them. We may also acquire customer information from third parties such as credit reporting agencies, as well as collect information about our customers' use of the Services. This information can be linked to that provided by our customers to create an administrative file and is called “Registration and billing information”.

Anonymous Information

We collect AI regarding your use of the Site, such as computer information (type of browser you have used, your Internet Protocol address, the last URL visited and the date and time of your connection). We send a cookie or “pixel tag” which contains a unique identification number to the computer you are using. Customer Requests

We use customer information to personally identify Users in all of our activities, to offer them other services and to market new customized products and services. Information found in customer requests is shared with third parties to identify and resolve issues with the Services when we are unable to do so ourselves. Suppliers of third-party products may ask us to provide them with information about customer requests. When this information is shared with third parties, they are required to keep this information confidential. In addition, entities that supply products to us may have privacy policies that differ from ours. Information About Children

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If a parent or guardian believes that their child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personally identifiable information, they should contact us.

Your Access and the Possibility to Change Your PI

Deletion and Conservation of Your PI

You can request that we delete your PI, and we will try to respond to those requests. However, we may keep and use your PI for the periods of time required or permitted by law or best business practices.


We have put in place technical, physical and administrative safeguards designed to protect the PI from loss and from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. Passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form. We have personal information retention processes designed to retain that which is necessary for the purposes set out above or to meet legal requirements. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, our employees are required to keep this information confidential.


In accordance with our Terms of Use, located at, you can provide us with written or verbal testimony of your experience using our Services (“Testimony”). We may, at our discretion, use your Testimonial to promote our Services in person, on paper, online and on all other platforms.
